We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our thriving team in Denver, Colorado. This role is central to our Logistics success, involving a variety of essential warehouse functions. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring the efficient flow of goods. You will be responsible for handling products from receiving through to shipment, including unpacking, stocking, picking, packing, and staging orders. A strong focus on accuracy and efficiency is required to meet our operational goals. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic warehouse environment, with competitive pay and benefits. We are committed to providing a safe workplace, and adherence to all Safety guidelines is paramount. Appropriate PPE will be provided, along with comprehensive training. This position requires regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and the ability to remain active for your entire shift. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvements
