We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our thriving team in San Diego, California. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, involving the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for picking items, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. A commitment to quality, efficiency, and Safety is paramount. Understanding the flow of goods within our logistics network is crucial. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. We emphasize a culture of Safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Inspect products for damage before packing.
- Prepare orders for shipment, applying shipping labels and documentation.
- Maintain an organized and clean work station.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Be prepared for manual Lifting tasks as necessary, up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks, including Lifting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
