Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth flow of goods within the distribution center, contributing to our overall logistics operations. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move pallets of goods within the warehouse.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Perform pre-operation inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles and walkways are clear.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to supervision.
  • Support other warehouse functions as directed, including picking, packing, or staging orders when not operating a forklift.
  • Handle heavy Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with valid certification.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must wear required PPE at all times.
