Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick requested items from various warehouse locations using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify product identification and quantity against order details.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack items securely and appropriately to ensure safe transit, utilizing provided materials.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Support other warehouse and logistics functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a picking, packing, or similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the importance of using PPE.
- Familiarity with general logistics principles and order fulfillment processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work at a brisk pace while maintaining quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
