We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods through our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory with attention to detail.
- Store products in designated areas, maintaining organization and accessibility.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively (certification may be required).
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs independently.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
