We are looking for motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our growing team in San Francisco, California. This comprehensive role involves various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and precision.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counting as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Practice proper lifting techniques and safe material handling to prevent injuries in our logistics operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds consistently.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in operating various warehouse equipment.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory control principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all protocols.
