HRIS Deployment & Change Consultant (workday)
International company based in Geneva.
Description
- Coordinate the local Workday implementation activities, in line with the global deployment timeline.
- Lead change management initiatives, including communication, training, and alignment with key HR and payroll stakeholders.
- Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cutover planning to ensure readiness for go-live.
- Ensure a seamless transition with no disruption to payroll or HR services post-go-live.
- Act as a liaison between local HR and external Workday implementation partners.
- Oversee post-go-live support, including onboarding of end-users, issue resolution, documentation, and adoption follow-up.
- Drive user engagement and long-term system adoption across impacted teams.
Profile
- Strong experience in project coordination, ideally within HR or HRIS transformation projects.
- Proven expertise in change management and stakeholder communication.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-driven, with a hands-on mindset.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and matrix environments.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- Experience working in international and multicultural contexts is a strong advantage.
Job Offer
Fixed term contract for 8 month - part time (50-70%)
