To strengthen our accounting team, we are looking for a commercial apprentice (CFC) for a duration of 3 years, with a start date expected in August.Your Apprenticeship at Bcomp Ltd.Are you finishing your studies and want to take your first steps in the professional world? At Bcomp Ltd., you will learn a versatile profession at the heart of an innovative company committed to developing sustainable solutions. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be accompanied and trained step by step by experienced professionals in a supportive, stimulating work environment, gradually developing your skills in accounting while discovering how a high-tech company operates.During your apprenticeship, you will mainly be integrated into the Finance/Accounting department. You will also have the opportunity to move to other departments to discover various activities and gain a broader view of the company. Depending on your level and progress and the department, you will participate in the following activities:- Support in processing accounting activities, monitoring, and controlling documents (invoices, expense reports, internal documents).- Filing, archiving, and document management.- Assisting in the preparation of documents and reports with various services and internal contacts.- Managing incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate contacts.- Welcoming visitors and overseeing the reception of deliveries.- Supporting requests from staff, supervising the maintenance and cleanliness of offices to ensure a comfortable and productive work environment.- Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability and proper functioning, including monitoring coffee machines and fruit supplies.- Collecting, sorting, and tracking greeting cards and gifts for staff on occasions and printing the birthday lists for the HR Newsletter.Your ProfileYou are a curious, motivated person with a genuine desire to learn. You appreciate well-done work and demonstrate meticulousness in your tasks. You are organized, diligent, and detail-oriented. You exhibit discretion and place great importance on maintaining confidentiality. You enjoy teamwork and do not hesitate to ask questions to progress. You are serious, reliable, and ready to fully engage in your apprenticeship. You have completed or are completing your studies, and:- French or English is your native language with good foundations in the other language.
