Hybrid - Remote and in-person at our offices at Chemin du Champ-des-Filles 4 What would my missions be? Project management: You will oversee the management of external & internal projects, briefing, client management, with staff-clients-partners, booking agendas, deadlines, deliverables, quality, etc. Agenda management: You will assist the CEO in the organization of various meetings-events-projects for the team and for clients, agenda, Outlook, emails, progress management of internal/external tasks: You will be responsible for the progress of projects with the different people involved, review of tasks and quality processes, deadlines, etc. Office management: You will participate in team meetings, organize internal or marketing events with our clients, send emails, office tasks, etc. What are the skills required: 8 years minimum experience in C-level project management, agency-type projects, Big4 experience = a plus Excellent mastery of deadlines, with staff-client-partners Agility with digital tools like X Bexio, etc. Management of internal and external projects, deliverables, ability to organize and deliver with precision and discipline, respect deadlines, and draft emails and self-review documents.
