Position Overview
Were seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven
Analyst
to join our growing team. This role will focus on transforming complex benefits data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions for our clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, and is passionate about the intersection of analytics and employee benefits innovation. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to employee benefits, compensation, and market trends. Develop dashboards and reports to visualize findings and communicate key insights. Collaborate with product, sales, and client success teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements. Conduct comparative and predictive analyses to help clients design competitive benefits strategies. Support ongoing development of our proprietary analytics platform with data validation and performance tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field. 24 years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role, preferably in HR, benefits, or SaaS. Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote team.
