We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment and wants to grow with a company that values performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. *Position Summary* The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in supporting customer relationships and revenue growth. This position is responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, entering RFQs and orders, supporting quoting activity, and working closely with Business Development and Operations to ensure a smooth sales process. This role is primarily inbound-focused, with opportunities to take on outbound and proactive sales activities over time. *Key Responsibilities* * Enter and manage RFQs, quotes, purchase orders, change orders, and expedite requests * Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and virtual meetings * Support revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling within the existing customer base * Maintain and nurture customer relationships, providing updates to the Business Development Manager * Identify, problem-solve, and escalate customer concerns as needed * Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction * Participate in training and professional development to continually improve skills * Foster positive working relationships across the organization *Required Knowledge & Skills* * Exceptional attention to detail * Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment * Experience working with ERP systems * Familiarity with B2B inside sales or customer service *Education & Experience* * Associate’s degree in a business-related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience) * 3–5 years of experience in B2B inside sales or customer service *Compensation & Benefits* * Hourly wage plus annual sales incentive * Health, Dental, and Vision insurance with employer contribution * Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) * Employer-paid Life Insurance and Short/Long-Term Disability * 401(k) with employer contribution * Paid vacation and PTO * *A paid day off for your birthday* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
