We look forward to your contribution.Responsibilities:- Active and complete management of a portfolio of properties.- Entry and exit of locations during enhancement and change.- Continuous supervision of subordinate assistants (including setting annual objectives and monitoring their personnel).- Telephone and on-site maintenance of the property in accordance with management.- Periodic inspection of properties with the establishment of corresponding reports.- Processing leases and rents as well as indexed rents.- Supervision of current rent policies and advising owners on establishing market rents.- Control and approval of creditor invoices, management accounts, and ancillary fees.Your profile:- Commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate or equivalent.- Federal diploma in property management (obtained or in progress) or continued education in the real estate field.- Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in property management.- Good knowledge of accounting and law (tenancy law, CO, CC, LP).- Mastery of the French language orally and in writing with good writing skills.- Digital affinity and ability to actively participate in change.- Strong customer orientation and partnership management.- Entrepreneurial mindset and action with a personable demeanor.Advantages:- Internal offering of specialized courses and leadership training in our Livit Academy.- Financial support and/or flexible working time for external specialized training and access to electronic learning resources for online language courses.- Individual career plan and development prospects.- Home / Mobile Office.- Bonus based on company performance and personal performance.- A minimum of 5 weeks of vacation with the possibility to purchase up to 10 additional vacation days.- Above-average supplementary retirement benefits: insurance premiums, daily allowances, and accident insurance are fully covered.- Sick leave days.Process of Livit Family:We love real estate and are enthusiastically committed to the value of our properties.
