Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: AHSA Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: AHSA Program - Banner Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Provider must have 24 months minimum of current Cath Lab Tech/IR Tech experience -

Unit/Facility Details: No travel pairs or trios.

Special Requests: All RTO should be listed on the cover page

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend and On Call schedule to be determined by facility

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required for submission
