We’re partnering with a respected South Manchester insolvency practice that is expanding its front‑end team and creating a clear development route into the Trainee Debt Solutions Adviser role. This position is perfect for people from sales, customer service, insurance, car finance, or any regulated environment who want to break into the personal insolvency profession. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients reaching out for help. You’ll qualify enquiries, gather key information, and book appointments for the advisory team. If you’re confident on the phone, comfortable with structured conversations, and want a career with long‑term progression, this is the ideal entry point. What You’ll Be Doing. Lead Qualification. Handling inbound enquiries from clients seeking debt support. Making outbound follow‑up calls to warm leads. Asking structured questions to understand a client’s situation. Qualifying leads for IVA, DMP, or other debt‑solution pathways. Client Engagement. Building rapport quickly with clients who may be anxious or unsure. Providing reassurance and explaining the next steps clearly. Booking appointments with the Trainee or Senior Adviser team. Ensuring clients feel supported from the very first conversation. Administration & Compliance. Updating CRM systems with accurate notes and lead outcomes. Managing call queues and follow‑up lists. Ensuring all conversations meet compliance and quality standards.
