Overview: Job Description Summary: Analyzes, interprets and finds patterns in key business data. Communicates findings to provide insights and recommendations for improving business performance and to support leaders in their decision making.
Job Description: Essential Functions:
Mines and analyzes complex organizational data sets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements. Designs and implements data models and processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Develops and maintains business intelligence solutions to support the organization's decision-making processes. Creates and maintains reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and trends. Prepares reports and conducts effective presentations of findings to diverse audiences. Provides training and support to others to ensure effective use of business intelligence reports, tools and solutions. Researches latest trends in business intelligence technologies and selects appropriate BI tools, features, and techniques. Identifies and recommends process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data collection and analysis.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in statistics, actuary, health informatics, required. Masters, MBA, MHA or similar field, preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills necessary to present and communicate important information effectively to all levels of hospital staff. Experience:
3years of experience in health care data analysis, required. Experience with relational databases, SQL, SSMS, SSIS, Qlik Sense, Crystal Reports, PowerBI, Tableau or Apex, required.
