• Ansible: Expertise in writing playbooks, roles, and modules for infrastructure automation.
• Python: Scripting for automation, monitoring, and API integrations.
• PowerShell: Automation for Windows systems, Active Directory, and cloud resource management.

1. Monitoring & Observability – Nice to Have
   • Dynatrace: Synthetic/real user monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis.
   • Moogsoft: Event correlation, alert management, and incident response orchestration.
   • Elasticsearch: Log aggregation, querying (Lucene syntax), and integration with Kibana/Logstash.
2. Incident & Service Management - Nice to Have
   • ServiceNow: Ticket lifecycle management, CMDB configuration, and workflow automation.
3. Infrastructure & Platforms - Nice to Have
   • Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.), Azure, or GCP for provisioning and scaling.
   • Container Orchestration: OpenShift (Kubernetes-based), Docker, and Helm charts.
4. Database & Storage - Nice to Have
   • SQL Server: Working Knowledge in SQL Server.

   • IAM, encryption, and secret management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault).
