Role Summary
As a Pre‑Trade Support Analyst within the Linear Rates stream, you will operate in a dynamic, agile-oriented Capital Markets IT environment at Crédit Agricole CIB. The role focuses on supporting USD interest rate swap desks, contributing to the evolution, implementation, and support of global Front‑Office solutions that provide market access for the bank's Rates business.
You will be part of a multi‑skilled Agile team (Project Management, Development, QA, Support) managing the full lifecycle of Capital Markets information systems, working closely with global IT and business stakeholders across Paris, London, New York, Montreal, Hong Kong, India, and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support to Traders in New York on USD and CCY interest rate swap desks.
  • Analyze incidents and user requests; document and support newly delivered components, features, and enhancements.
  • Configure new products in internal systems such as Jetstream IRD / ION.
  • Configure and maintain yield curves and associated financial instruments.
  • Participate in business specification review, testing cycles, and production monitoring activities.
  • Produce functional documentation including business requirements, story maps, and other analysis artifacts.
  • Automate and industrialize repetitive support tasks to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring and proper functioning of production environments.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and Risk teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requests, track progress, and communicate risks or issues.
  • Support performance optimization initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of the application landscape.
  • Demonstrate innovation by proposing improvements to tools, processes, and workflows.
Requirements
Education & Background
  • Degree in Market Finance or in IT with strong knowledge of capital markets and Fixed Income products.
  • 5–7 years of experience, including experience supporting trading room environments.
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Experience supporting Front‑Office applications for e‑trading or linear financial products.
  • Strong understanding of Rates markets, including swap booking processes.
  • Knowledge of electronic markets, trading workflows, and RFQ processes.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Ability to lead or contribute as a Business Analyst for small-scale projects when required.
Soft Skills
  • Collaborative team player with strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, multicultural, and international environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
Nice-to-Have
  • Knowledge of trading platforms such as ION is a plus.

  • Contract term: 12‑month initial contract.
  • Target start date: ASAP.
  • Language: Fluent English; French is an asset.
