    The Coordinator / Associate, Solutions Support is the operational heartbeat of the Media Solutions team.
    You're the one who keeps campaigns organized, documentation clean, and workflows moving — ensuring our most advanced, multi-channel programs launch on time and run flawlessly.
    This is a role for someone who loves precision and collaboration: connecting creative, data, and activation teams to make complex media work look effortless.
    You'll help power campaigns for some of Canada's largest advertisers by managing the details that drive accuracy and performance.
    From trafficking documentation and pacing trackers to report coordination and financial records, your work gives leadership and activation teams full confidence in delivery.
    You'll learn how integrated media systems work from the inside out, becoming the connective tissue between strategy, activation, and operations.
    1. Campaign Administration & Documentation
     
    Maintain all campaign files — briefs, IOs, timelines, QA sheets, and performance trackers — ensuring data is current and accessible.
     
    Support Managers during investment approval cycles with accurate documentation and cross-checking.
     
    Update internal workflow tools (Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet) with campaign milestones and task ownership.
     
    Track approvals and follow-ups to keep projects on schedule and stakeholders aligned.
    2. QA & Delivery Support
     
    Assist Activation and Integration teams with trafficking checks and setup readiness.
     
    Verify that creative assets, tags, and naming conventions follow WPP Media standards before launch.
     
    Monitor early pacing dashboards and flag anomalies to Managers for investigation.
     
    Document learnings and recurring issues to improve QA processes over time.
    3. Reporting & Insights Coordination
     
    Collect pacing and final reports from Activation and ensure timely consolidation for internal review.
     
    Prepare slides or data summaries for performance meetings, QBRs, and client reports.
     
    Maintain the central repository of results, learnings, and templates for future reference.
     
    Support Managers and Associate Directors in validating key metrics and aligning data sources.
    4. Workflow & Communication Support
     
    Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day coordination between Solutions, Activation, and Planning.
     
    Track task progress, meeting notes, and follow-up actions, ensuring clarity on ownership and deadlines.
     
    Assist in scheduling cross-team reviews, training sessions, and enablement workshops.
     
    Provide administrative support for product launches, internal roadshows, or process updates.
    5. Learning & Process Enablement
     
    Keep internal documentation and process guides up to date.
     
    Support onboarding for new hires by organizing reference materials and workflow walkthroughs.
     
    Participate in post-campaign reviews to capture operational best practices.
     
    Identify small improvements that make our systems and communication more efficient.
