Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications and efficiency standards.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided/certification may be required).
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and the correct use of PPE.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets.
- Support other warehouse and logistics functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential attributes.
- Basic reading and math comprehension skills.
- Experience in logistics is a plus.
Working Conditions:
This role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. The work environment is a typical warehouse setting and may involve exposure to varying temperature conditions. Employees must strictly follow all safety regulations and wear provided PPE at all times to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
