Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and ensure efficient logistics.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Basic reading and math comprehension.
- Experience with logistics and inventory control is beneficial.
Working Conditions:
This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. The work environment may involve varying temperature conditions. Employees must strictly follow all safety guidelines and wear provided PPE at all times to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
