We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring the integrity of our warehouse stock. This critical role involves overseeing all aspects of inventory management, from receiving to shipping. You will be responsible for implementing and improving inventory control procedures, conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy of our inventory data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and be proficient in using inventory control software. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Safety is a top priority, and you will be expected to champion safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques when handling stock. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels in the WMS.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Monitor stock rotation and ensure FIFO/LIFO compliance.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze data.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and proper PPE usage.
