Our Dallas, Texas distribution center is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. The Warehouse Associate is essential for ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility, contributing to our overall logistics network. You will operate equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified), handle inventory with care, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to Safety. We emphasize the importance of following all company policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe Lifting practices. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory placement within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Properly use required PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks involving manual handling and Lifting of goods.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
