We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our warehouse, contributing to the smooth flow of goods from receipt to shipment. Your responsibilities will include order picking, packing, sorting, and stocking inventory. A strong commitment to Safety and efficiency is essential, as you'll be working with a variety of products and equipment. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving significant physical exertion, including frequent Lifting and moving of items. Comprehensive training will be provided, covering all aspects of warehouse operations and Safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring correct placement and stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote Safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics and distribution efforts.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of packages and materials.
- Ensure adherence to all procedures to maintain a secure and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with order picking and packing processes.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic logistics setting.
- Must be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Willingness to wear mandated PPE.
