Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in the vibrant city of San Francisco, California! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the efficient operations of our logistics facility. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Your contribution is essential to our supply chain success.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and order lists.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies (training provided for powered equipment).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines in our logistics operations.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical demands of the job, including frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and operate equipment safely.
  • Must be committed to adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
