Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks.
- Follow all company procedures for warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Wear and utilize required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Perform duties that may involve significant Lifting of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of basic logistics and material handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse.
