Job Summary:
Join our state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Sacramento, California, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support the daily operations of our fast-paced logistics facility. Your responsibilities will span across various warehouse functions, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods, contributing directly to our supply chain efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
  • Put away inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Pick products accurately based on order fulfillment requirements.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and checks.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Capability for lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and the importance of PPE.

This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a safe work area. Proper lifting techniques and consistent use of PPE are essential for this position within our logistics network.
