We are looking for dedicated individuals to support the daily operations of our fast-paced logistics facility. Your responsibilities will span across various warehouse functions, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods, contributing directly to our supply chain efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Put away inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick products accurately based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and checks.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Capability for lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a safe work area. Proper lifting techniques and consistent use of PPE are essential for this position within our logistics network.
