We are seeking motivated Warehouse Workers for our facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our distribution center, handling a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure that all warehouse processes run smoothly and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. A strong understanding of general warehouse procedures and a willingness to learn new tasks are essential. We prioritize the Safety of our employees and expect strict adherence to all safety protocols and the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves frequent physical activity, including considerable Lifting, and requires individuals who are reliable and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Properly use all required PPE throughout the shift.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent and heavy Lifting.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
