Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in Orlando, Florida! We are actively seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to support our busy logistics operations. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring they are prepared correctly for shipment. This role is fundamental to our success, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order delivery. You'll be working in a dynamic warehouse environment where teamwork and efficiency are key. A strong commitment to Safety and following established procedures is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order requirements.
- Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet established productivity and quality standards for picking and packing.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Perform manual Lifting tasks as required, up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics and fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks, including Lifting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Dedication to maintaining a high level of Safety.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
