Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Verify order accuracy and product details before finalizing shipments.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring quality and quantity.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient logistics environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 45 lbs throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and the proper use of PPE.
- Understanding of order fulfillment processes and basic logistics.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
