Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, put away, pack, ship).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for the logistics process.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training and certification provided).
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Safely operate all equipment and provide proper reporting of any incidents.
- Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and utilize required PPE.
- Practice safe lifting techniques and request assistance when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
