Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Perform tasks requiring regular lifting and physical exertion.
- Support overall warehouse operations and logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse functions and logistics .
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE .
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliability and punctuality.
