In this role, you'll be involved in various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse by maintaining an organized inventory and contributing to efficient workflow. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the use of PPE .
- Assist in maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform tasks requiring significant lifting , up to 50 lbs, on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform frequent lifting and manual tasks.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics .
- Strong commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
