Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Durham, North Carolina! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the seamless flow of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks that support the overall logistics and distribution process. Responsibilities include receiving incoming shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for outbound transportation. Accuracy and efficiency are key as you ensure that products are handled with care and stored appropriately. You will operate various warehouse equipment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines. A strong commitment to workplace safety, including the correct use of PPE, is non-negotiable. This position requires physical stamina, as frequent lifting of items up to 60 lbs may be necessary. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on meeting daily operational goals and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Understanding and following instructions, whether written or verbal, is crucial. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.
