We are looking for an energetic and efficient Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be a key player in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, managing inventory within your designated area, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role demands a high level of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail, all within a fast-paced logistics setting. You will work closely with our shipping and receiving teams to ensure smooth operations. A strong commitment to safety is essential; all associates must follow strict safety guidelines and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods is required. Experience with warehouse management systems or order fulfillment processes is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Verify order details and product information.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and packaging.
- Process outgoing shipments.

- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Proper use of PPE is mandatory.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity for moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
