You should be comfortable with tasks involving significant lifting (up to 40 lbs) and the operation of various warehouse equipment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and storage organization.
- Oversee receiving and shipping processes.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with other departments and external logistics providers.

- Assist with lifting and moving inventory as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination or supervision.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 40 lbs.
- Proficiency in safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
