Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they meet standards before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Prepare packages for shipment, applying labels and necessary documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners, pick carts, and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety and PPE usage.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for using scanning equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to following all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
