We are seeking dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance productivity and safety.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss operational goals and improvements.
- Understand and follow all instructions related to lifting and material handling to prevent injuries.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
