You carry out projects for new constructions, ensuring the quality and compliance of the work, and oversee projects on-site by effectively coordinating the various trades. You plan projects while respecting set deadlines and budgets, while anticipating and managing unforeseen events. You apply and monitor the current standards and guidelines, ensuring their compliance. You consult companies, manage calls for tenders, and negotiate offers to guarantee the best conditions. You prepare and submit the necessary files to obtain building permits, collaborating with the competent authorities. Requirements: - Education: Completed studies (University/Vocational Training, HES, ES) in the field of construction, civil engineering, or architecture. - Professional experience: 5 years of experience in project monitoring with proven experience in site management. - Project management and organization: You plan, organize, and supervise all stages of projects with rigor and efficiency. - Mastery of standards and regulations: You apply technical and legal directives, ensuring the compliance of work. - Negotiation skills: You manage calls for tenders, negotiate with service providers, and ensure quality conditions. - French (fluent).
