This role is ideal for a hands-on analytics leader who thrives in both strategy and execution and who can design modern data solutions, deliver executive ready insights, champion data governance and quality, and elevate analytics maturity across the organization.
As The Newest Member Of Our Team, You'll:
Lead the Pension Solutions analytics function, setting the roadmap, priorities, and standards for scalable, trusted, and high impact analytics.
Design and oversee a centralized analytics environment that integrates Salesforce, onboarding systems, and other internal and external data sources in partnership with Technology.
Establish data governance and data quality standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, lineage, and confidence in all analytical outputs.
Deliver advanced analytics and insights, including forecasting, segmentation, trend analysis, and performance measurement, to support employer growth strategies and business development.
Build executive level dashboards and reporting packages using Power BI or equivalent tools to support senior leadership decision making and employer facing proposals.
Develop automated and repeatable reporting solutions on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences aligned to pension growth, onboarding pipelines, and operational performance.
Perform ad hoc analysis and deep dives to support employer proposals, plan competitiveness assessments, and operational improvement initiatives.
Design and optimize SQL and Microsoft Fabric data models, including data transformations, semantic models, and DAX calculations to support performance and scalability.
Identify and implement automation opportunities that streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort through standardization and modern tooling.
Leverage emerging analytics capabilities, including AI enabled features in Power BI, Fabric, and Copilot, to improve insight generation and efficiency.
Act as a senior analytics partner to Business Development, Marketing, Research, and cross functional teams, translating business questions into actionable data solutions.
Communicate insights through compelling narratives that make complex technical concepts clear and relevant for nontechnical stakeholders and executive audiences.
Mentor and develop analysts by reviewing work, coaching on best practices, and strengthening technical, analytical, and visualization capabilities.
Contribute to enterprise analytics maturity by developing documentation, reusable assets, and shared standards that elevate analytics across the organization.
To Succeed, You Bring:
10+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, ideally within financial services, pensions, insurance, or similarly complex and regulated environments.
5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, with a demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and elevate analytics talent.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Deep technical expertise, including advanced SQL and relational data architecture, strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, and expert level proficiency in Power BI covering data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, and user focused dashboard design.
Hands on experience working with Salesforce CRM data structures and API based integrations.
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
A proven track record of delivering executive level analytics, including dashboards, performance insights, profitability analysis, and operational reporting.
A strategic mindset paired with hands on capability, with comfort moving from roadmap definition to detailed execution.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, clarify requirements, and deliver under tight timelines.
A strong understanding of financial and pension related metrics, employer growth drivers, and operational performance indicators.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling insight driven stories for senior leaders.
A high level of attention to detail, balanced with the ability to synthesize insights and connect analytics to broader strategic objectives.
Curiosity and adaptability, with a demonstrated willingness to learn new tools, adopt AI enabled capabilities, and apply modern analytics practices.
