Title: Creative Designer
Status: Permanent, Full-Time Position (Replacement)
Location: Canada (Ottawa, Toronto or Montreal)
Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 CAD

The opportunity
Join our Global Marketing and Communications team as a Creative Designer and help shape how CPCS presents its work to the world.
As part of a fast-paced, collaborative, in-house creative team, you'll be at the heart of delivering polished, on-brand visuals for business development, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and client-facing materials. Your work will span PowerPoint presentations (our design team's core deliverable), infographics, reports, videos, digital collateral, and more.
If you're a visual storyteller with advanced PowerPoint skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to balance creativity with strategy, this role is your opportunity to make an impact while supporting projects that drive positive change globally.
Your Impact

- Elevate the quality of deliverables prepared by our consultants, providing them with the best possible tools to win and deliver projects
What you'll do:
- Design and refine PowerPoint presentations for technical proposals and reports created by consultants
- Develop and edit visual assets such as icons, infographics, maps, charts, and web graphics
- Design visuals for digital platforms including LinkedIn and the company website, as well as print and PDF-based collateral like brochures, reports, and cover pages
- Follow and uphold CPCS brand guidelines consistently across all outputs
- Edit and assemble video content and create motion graphics or animated GIFs to enhance digital storytelling
What you bring to the team:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a marketing or communications environment
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills (presentations, templates, and data visualization)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document layout and formatting
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Experience creating infographics, digital collateral, video content, and high-quality visual assets
- Photo-editing proficiency, especially for corporate headshots and marketing visuals
- Keen attention to detail for accuracy and brand consistency
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bilingual English and French
