Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in the company’s commercial development. You will act as a strategic partner to your clients and directly contribute to market share growth.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing an existing and new customer portfolio
  • Actively identifying new business opportunities
  • Advising clients on technical solutions tailored to their needs
  • Maintaining a strong field presence (job sites, customer locations, projects)
  • Coordinating training sessions, product demonstrations, and technical follow-ups
  • Building long-term relationships based on trust and performance
  • Working closely with internal teams (service, logistics, management)

Your Profile

We are seeking a committed, structured, and results-oriented professional who is looking to build a long-term career.

You bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction or industrial sectors
  • Strong experience in prospecting and market development
  • Proven ability to build long-term business relationships
  • High level of autonomy and strong organizational skills
  • Basic technical aptitude (a significant asset)
  • Strong professional judgment, rigor, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with business software tools (Windows, Outlook, CRM, etc.)
  • Advanced French and functional English (fully bilingual preferred)
