*Responsibilities*
* Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects within scope, schedule, and budget parameters using proven project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile frameworks like SAFe and Kanban.
* Develop comprehensive project plans including scope management, risk management, resource allocation, and scheduling using tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet.
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives clearly; translate business needs into detailed requirements analysis and process mapping.
* Oversee program development and design to ensure consistency with organizational goals; implement program management practices including portfolio management and earned value management.
* Manage project teams by supervising team members, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts through negotiation and conflict management techniques, and promoting team management best practices.
* Utilize data analysis skills to monitor project performance metrics; conduct root cause analysis to identify issues early and implement corrective actions using Lean Six Sigma principles such as Kaizen and Waterfall methodologies where appropriate.
* Coordinate vendor relationships, manage contracts, and oversee IT infrastructure integration; ensure quality management standards are maintained throughout project lifecycle.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience supervising large-scale projects with a strong track record in project leadership across multiple industries or domains.
* Expertise in project management software such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, Workday, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
* Deep understanding of project management lifecycle including scope management, time management, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe), Waterfall approach, Lean principles, Six Sigma certifications preferred; experience applying these frameworks in various projects is essential.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent presentation skills coupled with effective meeting facilitation capabilities for diverse audiences including executive leadership.
* Technical proficiency in data collection and analysis tools such as SAS or SharePoint; experience with ERP systems or content management systems is advantageous.
* Effective negotiation skills complemented by vendor management experience; ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $89,391.84 - $120,611.68 per year
