Your Impact:

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Lead GEA TDS GmbH and GEA Brewery Systems GmbH with full P&L responsibility, ensuring strategic alignment within the global GEA Group.
  • Represent the company internally and externally, including legal duties under German corporate law.
  • Take ownership of the business unit's performance
  • Actively shape the direction of the global Business Unit Liquid Fermentation and Filling Technologies (BU LFF) as a key member of the extended leadership team.

Innovation & Technology

  • Drive growth by developing Centers of Competence (CoCs) into global technology and solution hubs.
  • Foster innovation across product platforms, focusing on scalable, high-efficiency solutions tailored to customer needs.

Leadership & Culture

  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team also in a matrix environment.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, aligned with the GEA Leadership Signature.
  • Build trust across functions and regions while developing internal talent and attracting top performers.


Your Profile:

Education & Experience

  • A university degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven success in executive leadership roles within international industrial or process technology environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing P&L, leading complex organizations, and implementing change.

Leadership & Mindset

  • Entrepreneurial thinker with strong strategic acumen and hands-on execution ability.
  • Authentic leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
