Present your methodologies and findings in ways that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with engineering teams:
Work alongside fellow Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers to source data from new systems and strengthen foundational data models. About you: 5+ years of hands-on experience in data wrangling, analysis, metric visualization, and storytelling for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Expertise in SQL and Python, plus experience with dashboard tools like Tableau, Plotly, or Streamlit. Strong communication skills and business acumen, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. A track record of driving projects forward and connecting various business needs. A self-starter with a deep curiosity, motivated to explore new areas and propose informed ideas. Experienced in building relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including executive leadership, demonstrating the ability to influence strategic decisions with data. Comfortable taking calculated risks and excited about innovating within Content Production. Netflix culture aligns with your values. Experience in designing observational causal inference studies is a bonus. Our compensation is structured as an annual salary without bonuses, with the option to choose the balance between salary and stock options each year. The compensation range for this role is $170,000 - $720,000. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including health plans, 401(k) matching, stock options, and generous paid time off policies for both hourly and salaried employees.
