We are seeking to recruit an effective Branch Manager to join their successful company to manage a solid business with good potential for further growth in the area. Responsibilities * Be responsible for running the site including planning and implementing a strategic development plan, a full P&L, staffing, sales, marketing, logistics and other branch activities * Develop the business further to ensure its continued success * Manage sales and look after key accounts Requirements * You must have electrical wholesale industry experience in either a managerial or external sales role. * Entrepreneurial with the initiative to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities * Focused, hungry and ambitious to succeed * Motivated, determined and with a strong customer focus * Energetic with a can-do attitude Salary negotiable depending on experience plus car, bonus and benefits All applications are dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
