We're looking for motivated individuals to become essential members of our warehouse team, responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our products reach customers quickly and in perfect condition. You'll engage in a variety of tasks, from locating items within our extensive inventory to carefully packaging them for shipment, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity in a dynamic warehouse setting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and retrieve items from designated warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging.
- Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Efficiently pack orders, optimizing space and presentation.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
- Perform regular Lifting tasks, handling packages and items up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and Lifting for long durations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all established protocols.
