Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Accurately pack picked items into appropriate boxes or containers, ensuring product protection.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, prioritizing safety at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team productivity targets.
- Learn and utilize warehouse systems for order processing.
- Handle packages and products with care to prevent damage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous picking and packing experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts.
- Must be able to perform moderate lifting, up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Comfortable working in a logistics environment.
