We are hiring an Order Picker for our busy warehouse located in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately gathering products from warehouse locations to fulfill customer orders. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact our customer satisfaction and the overall speed of our logistics operations. You will use scanning equipment and pick sheets to identify and retrieve items. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and supply all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the logistics field and contribute to a growing company. You will work closely with a team of dedicated individuals to meet daily order fulfillment goals. We value a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Utilize RF scanners or pick lists to locate products efficiently.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to packing stations using appropriate equipment.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Comply with all company policies related to warehouse operations.
- Participate in inventory checks and stock counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is preferred.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of required PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
