Join our dynamic logistics hub in Indianapolis, Indiana, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for dedicated individuals to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanning technology, meticulously inspecting products, and preparing them for shipment. This includes expertly packaging items to prevent damage during transit, applying correct labels, and organizing orders for dispatch. You'll operate in a fast-paced environment, requiring efficiency and a strong commitment to accuracy. We emphasize a culture of safety, and all team members must strictly follow safety guidelines and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. This role involves regular lifting and movement of goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a team, and is eager to contribute to efficient logistics operations. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided to motivated applicants.
