We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Sacramento, California. This position is critical for ensuring accurate and efficient order processing, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include picking products, preparing them for shipment, and managing inventory within our state-of-the-art facility. A strong focus on safety , efficiency, and collaborative teamwork is essential. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be a vital link in our logistics network. We provide all necessary PPE and comprehensive training to ensure your success and well-being. The role requires consistent physical activity, including the ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. We are committed to maintaining a secure and productive work environment for all our employees. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing warehouse space, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items carefully and securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy and shipping details before dispatch.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain inventory integrity through proper stock rotation and organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Contribute to the smooth flow of goods within the logistics chain.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from potential hazards.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or retail is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace safety .
- Willingness to wear and properly use required PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Motivation to learn and adapt to new processes.
